Elliot Pederson is a Bay Area native who moved to San Francisco to pursue a BA in Urban Studies from SFSU, which he earned in 2003. This course of study has given him an awareness of the impact that various building practices have on the urban environment, and he integrates this knowledge into his business through using building techniques that minimize environmental harm, including recycling and reusing materials whenever possible.
Elliot has a strong desire to learn and hone his professional skills, which has lead him to continue his education through taking several classes in wood technology and furniture-making. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Civil Engineering in order to become an expert in all aspects of the building process.
In his eight years in the construction business Elliot has developed numerous contacts, and has become a widely respected member of the building community. In 2008 he got his contractor’s license and began pursuing his dream of owning his own business.
During his free time Elliot plays guitar in a rock'n'roll band. He lives in the Richmond District with his wife Robyn, and on the weekends they can often be found on the beach walking their two terrior-mixes Zoe and Iggy Pup.
