Glen Park Full Interior Remodel
This Project was designed by Ross Levy Art and Architecture. It includes a 90% gut of the interior with a new kitchen and complete electrical upgrade.
The primary bath was remodeled and reconfigured to be more functional. The upstairs entry foyer and living room were reconfigured and a linen closet added.
The downstairs home office and mechanical rooms were upgraded to allow for new heat pump.
The client experienced many issues with ground water intrusion at the basement level which was addressed and resolved during this project. We added basement waterproofing and a drywall with and underground pump to keep the interior living spaces dry.
