Ashbury Heights Project
This project happened in two phases. Phase 1 was a complete tear-off of the two original roof decks and penthouse, the 4th floor was completely rebuilt.
The windscreen at the rear deck was redesigned and engineered to withstand the high winds coming from the bay while ensuring a quality waterproof system.
The deck surface was changed to a Bison Pedestal system with ceramic tiles. The roofs were reframed with engineered wood I-beams given the span and added weight.
Phase 2 was an interior remodel of the primary bath, kitchen, and back bedrooms. Other improvements included a new fireplace and mini split HVAC system.
