Mill Valley Interior and Hillside Deck

A large hillside deck overlooking Tam Velly was beginning to pull away from the house and slide down the hill.
We replaced the structure, adding drilled piers as well as adding a platform for a new Japanese Cedar hot tub, designed engineered by John Pheif. Decking materials were Ipe, clear western red cedar, and SS cable rails.
At the interior we remodeled their kitchen with Henry Built designs. Their primary bath was remodeled and a small addition was added to create a larger bathroom. Natural stone was used throughout the bathroom.
The interior stairwell was redesigned, and new Venitian plaster enclosed gas fireplace added among many other improvements.
